推广使用安全套预防性病艾滋病干预项目基线调查分析

目的：掌握江苏某县级市桑拿浴室中按摩小姐基本情况及危险行为，为干预项目的终期评价提供依据。方法：对被纳入此次调查范围的桑拿浴室按摩小姐进行一对一深入访谈，收集人口学、性行为、吸毒、自我防护、安全套使用、性病感染和既往求医史资料，并采集标本进行性病艾滋病检测。结果：在接受访谈的385名小姐中，64．8％为外省人，未婚占54．1％。最近一周平均每天性伴数为1个的占36．6％。最后一次性行为使用安全套的占51．0％。总的性病发病率为28．1％，未发现HIV阳性感染者。结论：该地区桑拿浴室内按摩小姐中普遍存在与艾滋病相关的高危行为，严重缺乏自我防护知识，必须尽快采取有效措施。

Analysis on baseline study on Jiangsu/WHO 100% condom use program to prevent STD&AIDS

Objective: To get some behavioral information concerning with commercial sex workers in saunas in a county of Jiangsu Province, which will contribute to the ultimate evaluation. Methods; All registered saunas in the county of Jiangsu Province were selected and mapped. In-depth interview was carried out to collect information, such as demographic, sexual, drug use, measures of self-protection, condom use, history with sexually transmitted disease (STD) and health care seeking behaviors. The samples collected from the sex workers were screened STD&HIV. Results: 385 sex workers had accepted in-depth interview, 64. 8% were from other provinces, 54. 1% were unmarried, 36. 6% had one sexual partner everyday in last week on average, 51. 0% used condom in last sexual behavior. Total STD prevalence was 28. 1%. HIV infections have not found. Conclusion: AIDS related high-risk behaviors were common among sex workers in the county of Jiangsu Province. Specific and effective measures should be taken urgently.
