| Abstract: | Amtihypoxic effect of phenytoin sodium was studied using models of mormobaric hypoxia and chemical hypoxia. The result showed that the intraperitoneal injection of 100mg/kg of phenytoin sodium singnificantly prolonged the survival time of mice. Our data suggest that pheytoin sodium pessesses favorable effect of antihypoxia. |
