摘    要: 目的  利用地面和空间数据分析血吸虫感染与环境空间的关系。方法选择鄱阳湖区重疫区村进行居民血吸虫感染状况及行为学调查,利用GPS采集相关的空间数据,通过ArcGIS和SAS软件进行统计分析。结果  居民血吸虫平均感染率为18. 08%,其中渔(船)民最高,为41.18%,农民和学生的血吸虫感染率>10%;居民居住的地理位置与血吸虫感染密切相关。结论湖区血吸虫病高危人群为离沿湖居住较近的居民,其是湖区血吸虫病防治的重点人群。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the main factors influencing the infection of Schistosoma japonicum by adopting spatial and epidemiological data.Methods The behaviors relating with schistosome infection among residents and some relevant spatial data were investigated in one heavy schistosomiasis endemic village around Poyang Lake,Jiangxi Province and analyzed by ArcGIS and SAS software.Results The average infection rate of residents was 18.08%,and of them,fishmen(boatmen)were highest,up to 41.18%,and peasants and students was above 10%.There was a significant correlation between inhabitation and schistosome infection.Conclusions The population residing in near lake is the high risk population with schistosome infection and also is control focus in lake region.
