吉粒芬治疗恶性肿瘤引起中性粒细胞减少

用国产吉粒芬（Ｊｉｌｉｆｅｎ）治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后中性粒细胞减少１４例，其中多发性骨髓瘤（ＭＭ）６例，急性白血病（ＡＬ）３例，非何杰金氏淋巴瘤２例，重型再障Ⅱ型１例，消化道肿瘤２例。经观察吉粒芬有促进粒系祖细胞增殖、分化、释放等作用。建议对恶性肿瘤为了完成规律化疗吉粒芬应用宜早，在化疗结束后２４ｈ或白细胞下降至２．０×１０９／Ｌ时立即应用。推荐最小有效剂量为７５～１５０μｇ／ｄ，使用时间应为幼稚细胞到成熟转变时间即６～７ｄ最佳。

Therapeutic Effects of Low Dose Jilifen on Neutropenia Induced by Cancer chemotherapy

Fourteen patients with neutropenia after cancer chemotherapy treated with native Jilifen are reported. Six of them are with multiple myeloma (MM), 3 with acute leukymia (AL), 2 non Hodykin lympnoma and 2 with gastrointestinal cancer. It has been observed that Jilifen can promote granulocyte precursors proliferation, differentiation, release, granulcytic function and so on. To complete regular chemotherapy for cancer, Jilifen must be used early,that is ,24 hours after finishing chemotherapy or when leukocyte decreases to 2.0×10 9/L. The minimum effective dose recommended is 75￣150 μg/d, it had better be used to until the time when granucytic blast becomes mature, namely, in 6￣7 days.
