职业技术学校学生体检结果分析

目的了解职业技术学校学生的健康状况,为有针对性地制定学校健康教育和疾病防治措施提供依据。方法对宜宾翠屏电子职业技术学校在校学生526人进行体检,内容包括：内科、外科、五官科常规体检,肝功能、乙肝三对、尿液分析、心电图、胸部透视。结果学生视力低下、HBsAg阳性、尿液分析异常、色弱、心电图异常检出率分别为：30.04%、10.84%、4.56%、2.47%、1.52%,男生HBsAg阳性率和尿液分析异常率明显高于女生,（P〈0.01）,而女生视力低下率明显高于男生（P〈0.05）。结论应加强职业技术学校学生的健康教育并定期体检,防治重点是乙型肝炎。

Physical examinations of students in vocational-technical school

Objective To investigate the health conditions of vocational-technical school students and to provide information for establishing measures of health and promote employment of vocational-technical school students.Methods Physical examinations were done in 526 students of Yibin Electronic Vocationaltechnical School,including routine examinations of departmennnnnt of internal medicine,department of surgery,department of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology;liver function,indexes of hepatitis B,urine analysis,electrocardiogram and fluoroscopy of chest.Results The detectable rates of poor eyesight,positive HBsAg,abnormality of urine analysis,hypochromatopsia,and abnormality of electrocardiogram were 30.04%,10.84%,4.56%,2.47% and 1.52%,respectively.Positive rates of HBsAg and abnormalities of Whereas poor eyesight rate in female was higher than that in male（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education should be enhanced and periodical physical examination should be done in vocational-technical school students.Protection against hepatitis Bis the focal point.
