新疆北疆地区哈萨克族12－14岁青少年龋齿患病率的流行病学调查＊

目的：了解新疆北疆地区哈萨克族12－14岁青少年患龋情况及其影响因素。方法：参照第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查的要求，随机抽取新疆北疆8个地区1836名哈萨克族青少年进行口腔检查，记录相关龋病流行病学指标。结果：城市和乡村患龋率分别为30．50％和39．64％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；男性和女性的患龋率分别为38．10％和34．15％，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；城市和乡村的充填率分别为18．70％和5．64％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），12－14岁青少年龋齿充填率分别为8．15％、12．34％和14．07％，差异有统计学意（P＜0．05）。新疆哈萨克族青少年每天坚持刷牙2－3次者占31．79％，刷牙时间大于3 min者占14．32％，最近看牙时间超过2年者占78．02％。结论：新疆北疆地区哈萨克族青少年患龋率高，充填率低，口腔健康行为知识有待进一步普及。

Epidemiological investigation of dental caries among 12-14 years old children of kazakh in northern xinjiang

Objective:To investigate the dental caries status and its influencing factors among 12-14 years old chil-dren of kazakh in northern xinjiang.Methods:Referring to the third National Oral Health Survey,caries status of 1836 kazakh chihlren aged from 12 to 14 was examined in 8 regions northern xinjiang.Records related to caries disease epidemiology.Re-sults:The caries prevalence rate in The city and the countryof were 30.50% and 39.64% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Men and women of caries prevalence rate were 38.10% and 34.15% respectively,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The filling rate in the city and the country were 18.70%and 5.64%, respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The filling rate 12 to 14 years olds were 8.15%,12.34%and 14.07%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in xinjiang kazak juvenile brushing 2-3 times every day of only 31.79%,and only 14.32%,brush for more than 3 minutes,recently saw tooth time more than 2 years of 78.02%.Conclusion:Children aged from 12 to 14 years old in northern xinjiang kazak have high caries prevalence rates and low filling rates.Oral health behavior knowledge needs further popularization.
