| 摘 要： | 目的评价弹性髓内针治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的疗效。方法采用弹性髓内针治疗25例桡骨颈骨折患儿。结果患儿均获得随访,时间8~16个月。2例术后出现桡骨头骺缺血改变,1例发生关节周围异常钙化。根据Métaizeau功能评定标准对患儿肘关节活动进行评定:优11例,良10例,中3例,差1例,优良率为21/25。结论恰当使用弹性髓内针治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折,具有骨折愈合率高、并发症少等优点。

Elastic intramedullary nails in treatment of radial neck fractures in children |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of titanium elastic intramedullary nails( TEIN) for radial neck fractures in children. Methods A retrospective study was applied in 25 children with displaced radial neck frac-tures, which were treated with TEIN. Results All cases were successfully followed up for 8~16 months. Avascular necrosis was found in 2 cases,1 case showed ossification. According to Métaizeau function evaluation:11 cases were evaluated as excellent, good 10 cases,fair 3 cases,poor 1 case,the excellent and good rate was 21/25. Conclusions Treatment of radial neck fractures in children with TEIN has advantages of quick fracture union and few complica-tion. |
