摘 要: | 目的探讨伤椎结合邻近椎椎弓根钉内固定治疗单节段轻中度不稳定型胸腰椎骨折的可行性。方法对64例单节段胸腰椎轻中度不稳定型骨折患者按固定方法分为两组:治疗组29例采用伤椎结合邻近椎椎弓根螺钉内固定,对照组35例采用传统短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定,观察两组椎体前缘高度比及伤椎矢状面Cobb角的变化。结果两组手术均成功。患者均获得随访,时间12个月。术后1周及术后12个月两组伤椎前缘高度比、矢状面Cobb角均较术前明显改善(P0.05),两组术后12个月与术后1周比较有丢失,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05);两组之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论轻中度不稳定型单节段胸腰椎骨折采用伤椎结合邻近椎椎弓根螺钉内固定是一种有效的方法。

Pedicle screw fixation for injured spine and adjacent single segment of thoracolumbar frac-ture |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the feasibility of combining spinal injuries near pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of mild single segment of unstable thoracolumbar fractures. Methods Sixty-four patients with mild to mod-erate unstable fracture of thoracolumbar spine were divided into two groups according to the fixed method. The treat-ment group was 29 cases of the injured vertebra combined with the adjacent vertebral pedicle screw fixation. The con-trol group for short-segement pedicle screw fixation was 35 cases. Vertebral anterior height ratio, sagittal Cobb angle change were observed. Results Two groups of patients were successful, all the patients were followed up for 12 months. Postoperative 1 week, 12 months,two groups of vertebral anterior height ratio, sagittal plane Cobb angle im-proved significantly,compared with the preoperative ( P<0. 05 );the data had loss in the 12 months postoperation, compared with the postoperative 1 week,but there was no significant difference between two time period(P>0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusions Mild to moderate single seg-ment of unstable thoracolumbar vertebral fractures fixed combination is an effective method in the adjacent pedicle screws. |
