股骨近端防旋髓内钉和Gamma3钉治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效比较

目的比较股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)和Gamma3钉治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法 86例老年股骨转子间骨折患者按照手术方法分为两组:PFNA组53例,Gamma3组33例,对两组术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间和髋关节功能进行比较。结果患者均获得随访,时间12~22(15.16±2.77)个月。两组的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间和术后髋关节功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论PFNA和Gamma3钉均是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的有效方法,术后功能恢复理想。

Effect comparison between proximal femoral nail antirotation and Gamma3 nail in the treat-ment of the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To compare the clinical results of two intramedullary devices used in the treatment of intertro-chanteric fracture:proximal femoral nail antirotation ( PFNA) and Gamma3 nail. Methods All of 86 patients were divides into two groups based on operative method: PFNA group(n=53) and Gamma3 group (n=33). Operative time, blood loss, fracture healing time and hip joint function had been compared. Results Eighty-six cases were fol-lowed up for 12~22(15. 16 ± 2. 77) months. No difference was found in the operative time, volume of blood loss, time of fracture healing and the Harris Hip Score between patients treated with PFNA and Gamma3(P>0. 05). Con-clusions Both PFNA and Gamma3 are reliable devices for the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures, and the hip joint function were recovered well postoperatively.
