摘    要:[目的]对2007年12月江苏省发生的一例不明原因肺炎病例进行液相芯片检测,探讨该技术在不明原因肺炎诊断中的作用。[方法]采集病例的呼吸道标本,利用液相芯片方法对呼吸道重要致病体进行核酸检测。[结果]呼吸道标本甲型流感病毒,H5及N1亚型禽流感病毒特异性核酸均为阳性。[结论]应用液相芯片技术,可快速确定该不明原因肺炎病例为高致病性禽流感(H5N1)感染,为及时防控和治疗提供依据。

Abstract:[Objective] To explore the application of liquid chip hybridization method in confirming the pathogen of an atypical pneumonia human case in Jiangsu Province in December, 2007. [Methods] Clinical respiratory tract samples were collected. The tracheal swabs were tested with liquid chip hybridization method ( luminex method) for the nucleic acid of pathogen causing respiratory infection. [Results] Nucleic acid detection of tracheal swabs sample showed that influenza A, influenza H5 and N1 subtype were all positive. [Conclusion] The application of liquid chip hybridization method can confirm the atypical pneumonia human case as avian influenza(H5N1) infection, thus provide a method for the control and prevention of the respiratory infectious diseases in time.
