中西医结合治疗高位复杂性肛瘘

目的 探讨高位复杂性肛瘘的手术方式和治疗。方法 对82例高位复杂性肛瘘的患者采用分段多切口挂线引流术配合中药熏洗坐浴。结果 82例全部治愈，治愈率100％。且无肛门失禁、移位、缺损等后遗症。结论 该方法创面小、出血少、疗程短、疗效高、后遗症少、肛门功能损伤小、复发率低等优点，是治疗高位复杂性肛痿较理想的方法。

Traditional Chinese and Western Medicines Combined Therapy in Treatment of High and Complicate Anal Fistula

Objective To investigate the measures and treatment of high and complicate anal fistula.Methods The new method of the multiple section incision and drainage and thread-drawing therapy combined sitz bath by using chinese medicine was applied in the treatment of high and complicate anal fistula of 82 cases.Results All patients were cured ,the cured rate was 100%.without the sequela such as anal fecal ineontinence,tranposition, defect.Conclusion This methods has the advantages of less wound face, less blooding, shorter treatment course, better therapeutic effect, less sequela, less lesion of anal function, lower relapse rate ,which is adesirable in the treatment of high anal fistula.
