| Abstract: | The present investigation was undertaken by in vitro experiments to determine the effect of human alpha-fetoprotein (AFP)on immunological functions in mice bearing hepatoma-22. Human AFP significantly inhibited one-way mixed lymphocyte reaction and interleukin 6 production, and promoted the induction of suppressor T cells. |
