| 摘 要： | 本文介绍单一试剂测定血清总胆红素和直接胆红素的方法。血清总胆红素批内重复的CV=1.8％,批间重复的 CV=3.7％,直接胆红素批内重复的 CV=1.1％,批间批重复的CV=3.1％。血清总胆红素测定的平均回收率为101.3％。本法与 J—G 法比较,其相关性非常密切,总胆红素测定 r=0.9990,方法比较试验的回归方程为 Y=0.991×—1.841。线性范围至少可达342μmol/L。本法操作简便快速,试剂稳定,既适宜自幼化分析,又可手工操作,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | A simple and rapid method of determination serum total billirubin and directbillirubin with a single reagent is described in the paper.Its reproducibity issatisfactory,C V in group and out group is 1.8 percent and 3.7 percent respectivelyfor the determination of serum total billirubin while 1.1 percent and 3.1 percentrespectively for that of divect billirubin.The average rate of reclamation for thedetermination of serum total billirubin accounts for 101.3 percent.There is a strongpositive correlation between the results obtained by this method and J-G method,with correlation coefficient r=0.999 and regression equation y=0.991x-1.841,andthe range of the linear correlation up to 342 μmol/L.This method is worthy to bepopularized as it is simple,rapid and applicable to both automatic and manual an-alysis,and the reagent used is stable |
