| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的CT表现与诊断。方法：回顾性分析了经手术病理证实的63例SCLC的CT表现。结果：肺内肿块、肺门与纵隔广泛性淋巴结肿大，而肺不张少见是SCLC的CT表现特点。结论：小细胞肺癌的CT表现有一定的特征性，CT扫描是诊断SCLC的有效检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic significance of CT findings in small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods: We analyzed the CT finding 5 of 63 cases with SCLC retrospectively. All the cases were confirmed by operation and pathology. Results: Specific CT manifestations were intrapulmonary mass and hilar and mediastinal lymphadenectasis without obsturetive atlectasis in the diagnosis of SCLC. Conclusion: SCLC has specific CT findings,and CT scanning is of value in the diagnosis of SCLC. |
