| 摘 要： | 目的探讨严重烧伤早期应激性高血糖患者血清脂联素的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2007—2009年烧伤患者64例其中严重烧伤患者36例,伤后5~12 h出现高血糖者25例(A组),血糖正常者11例(B组),28例中度烧伤血糖正常患者作为对照组(C组)。分别动态检测烧伤后3、5、12、24、120 h患者血糖、血清脂联素(APN)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)含量的变化。结果严重烧伤患者应激性高血糖(A组)一般出现在伤后3~24 h;A组的血清脂联素水平低于B组和C组。结论严重烧伤患者血清脂联素水平与烧伤的严重程度有关,与应激性高血糖的关系需进一步探讨。
