| 摘 要： | 目的观察疏血通治疗不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效.方法选择40例不稳定型心绞痛并2型糖尿病病人,随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采用常规西药治疗,治疗组加用疏血通注射液静脉输注,治疗15 d后进行疗效评估,观察临床症状及血脂水平的变化.结果治疗组治疗后临床症状明显改善,总有效率达95%,明显优于对照组的60%（P＜0.05）,血浆总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平下降（P＜0.05）.结论疏血通能改善病人的临床症状,提高临床总疗效,降低血脂水平,对不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病病人有明显疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the efficiency of Shuxuetong on unstable angina pectoris with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Forty patients (pts) with unstable angina pectoris complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All pts were treated with the routine western medicine. The pts in the treatment group were treated with Shuxuetong additionally. Following treatment for 15 days, clinical syndromes and plasma level of lipid were evaluated.Results The clinical symptoms were improved obviously in the treatment group. The therapeutic effect was much better in the treatment group compared with that in the control group. Plasma level of total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased significantly.Conclusion Shuxuetong could relieve the symptoms, enhance clinical efficiency and reduce plasma level of lipid.It could be useful for pts with unstable angina pectoris and type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
