| 摘 要： | 目的：评价舒心片治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法：３００例口才和随机双盲对照，其中舒心片治疗组２００例，舒心宁对照组１００例。结果：舒心片对心绞痛的显效率为５０．００％，总有效率为８６．００％，心电图的显效率为２５．５０％，总有效率为５７．００％，对中医证侯的显效率为５０．００％，总有效率为９１．５０％，舒心片治疗组优于舒心宇对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１～０。．０５）。结论：舒心片治疗冠心病心绞痛（）

| Abstract: | To assess the effect of Shuxin Pill(SXP) in treating angina pectoris(AP) caused by coronary heart disease (CHD) and evaluate its safety.Methods:Randomized double blind controlled design was adopted.Three hundred patients were treated with SXP,and one hundred patients in the control group done with Shuxin ning(SXN).Results:The total effective rate treated with SXP was 86.00%.The effective rate on ECG was 57.00%.SXP appeared to be more effective than SXN (P<0.01-0.05).Conclusions:SXP was an effective drug in treating AP without side effects and toxicity. |
