| 摘 要： | 实际研究生临床教学监控是培养高素质人才的需要,提出从“以临床模拟训练为平台,以考核为手段,严把输入、输出质量关”、“建立有效的研究生临床教学管理运行机制”和“建立全方位、多渠道的研究生临床教学质量信息沟通与反馈机制”等3个方面实施教学质量监控,探索了中医药研究生培养模式。

| Abstract: | Monitoring clinical teaching quality of graduate study is the requirement of training high-quality professionals. This paper suggests that teaching quality should be monitored in the following three aspects: taking simulated clinical training as platform and taking check-up as means to ensure the quality of input and output; constructing effective clinical teaching management system for graduate education; and constructing all-round and multi-channel system for information transmission and feedback concerning clinical teaching quality of graduate education. Therefore, a mode of training graduate students of Chinese medicine can be explored. |
