新生儿听力筛查依从性的临床干预

目的：探讨新生儿听力筛查依从性的临床干预,为提高新生儿听力筛查覆盖率、降低未通过听力筛查的婴幼儿的失访率,提供科学有效的方法.方法：回顾性调查统计本院2006年10月-2009年9月新生儿听力筛查覆盖率、未通过听力筛查的婴幼儿失访率,分析讨论筛查率低、失访率高原因,并提出干预控制措施；前瞻性监测2010年10月-2012年9月新生儿听力筛查覆盖率、未通过听力筛查的婴幼儿失访率,比较干预前后新生儿听力筛查率、失访率变化.结果：干预前本院新生儿听力筛查初筛率为75.27％,复筛率为52.13％,失访率为82.01％,而干预后初筛率为97.14％,复筛率为91.77％,失访率为40.19％,干预前后比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜ 0.01）.结论：新生儿听力筛查依从性的临床干预,可提高家属对新生儿听力筛查重要性的认识,有效提高筛查覆盖率,降低未通过听力筛查婴幼儿的失访率,有助于早诊断、早干预.

Clinical intervention of newborn hearing screening

Objective：To explore the clinical interventions of the newborn hearing screening compliance forthe improvement of the newborn hearing screening coverage,reduction of dropout rate for infants who don＇t pass the hearing screening and provide scientific and effective way.Methods：A retrospective survey of newborn hearing screening coverage,dropout rate for infants who did not pass the hearing screening from October 2006 to September 2009 in Yueqing People＇s Hospital were investigated.The causes of newsborn low screening rate and high rate of lost were analyzed and discussed.The intervention and control measures were put forward.The newborn hearing screening coverage and dropout rate for infants who did not pass the hearing screening from October 2010 to September 2012 were prospectively monitored.The changes of newborn hearing screening rate and lost rate before and after intervention were compared.Results：Before the intervention,hospital newborn hearing screening rate was 75.27％,the rescreening rate was 52.13％ and lost rate was 82.01％,while the screening rate was 97.14％ after the intervention,rescreening rate was 91.77％,and the lost rate was 40.19％.The difference before and after intervention had the statistically significant （P＜0.01）.Conclusion：The clinical intervention for the newborn hearing screening compliance can raise the awareness of their families on the importance of newborn hearing sceening,improve screening coverage,reduce the dropout rate of infants who do not pass the hearing screening,and help early diagnosisi and early intervention.
