灯盏花素对脑缺血再灌注小鼠脑组织抗氧化酶的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨灯盏花素注射液对脑缺血再灌注小鼠脑组织抗氧化酶的影响.方法:复制小鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,进行灯盏花素的治疗,监测不同时间脑皮质血流、脑组织Evans蓝含量及抗氧化酶类等的变化.结果:缺血再灌注后脑皮质血流降低,治疗后4 h升高,其他时间降低.不同再灌注时间脑缺血再灌注组脑组织Evans蓝含量升高,治疗后降低.脑缺血再灌注组抗氧化酶活性降低,MDA含量增高,而治疗组酶活性增高,MDA含量降低.结论:灯盏花素能增加脑缺血再灌注小鼠抗氧化酶的活性,改善脑血流,减轻血脑屏障的损伤,对脑缺血再灌注损伤具保护作用.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of erigeron breviscapus(EB) on the antioxidase during cerebral(ischemia)-reperfusion injury in mice.Methods: The injection of EB was repeated 7 times in mice model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in the EB-treated group.The cerebral blood flow and the contents of Evans blue and antioxidase in the brain tissue were determined at different times.Results: The cerebral blood flow in EB-treated group decreased after the ischemia-reperfusion injury,increased 4 hours after EB treatment,and then decreased.In the EB-treated group,the antioxidase activity increased,and the content of malondialodehyde decreased.Conclusion: EB may protect the brain from ischemia-reperfusion injury by increasing the activity of antioxidase,improving the cerebral blood flow,and alleviating the damage of blood-brain barrier.
