牛BMP骨修复材料对兔桡骨缺损修复的研究

摘    要: 目的 了解以纤维蛋白胶(FS)为载体复合牛骨形态发生蛋白的注射型骨修复材料修复兔桡骨节段性骨缺损的能力,为其临床的应用提供实验依据.方法 实验分组为:实验组(FS+bBMP组)、对照组(FS组).于28只新西兰白兔右侧桡骨干处造成1.5 cm缺损,然后严密缝合皮下组织及皮肤,将各组材料经正常皮肤注射骨缺损处,术后不同时间进行放射学、组织学和骨密度等方法检查,对其成骨效应进行研究.结果 实验组(FS+bBMP组)骨缺损区在成骨活跃程度、骨密度和再生髓腔结构等方面均显著优于对照组(FS组),使骨缺损得到了彻底的修复(P<0.01);对照组不能产生骨性愈合.结论 以FS为载体复合bBMP的注射型骨修复材料具有高效的骨修复能力.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of injectable osteoinductive material with fibrin sealant(FS) as a carrier compounded with bovine bone morphogenetic protein(bBMP) in repairing segmental rabbit radius defects and provide experimental basis for clinical application in the future.Methods 1.5 cm bone defects were created in 28 rabbit radii.The experiment group (FS bBMP),control group(FS) were percutaneously injected into the defects after primary injuries respectively.The effect on repair of the segmental rabbit radius defects was evaluated by radiography,histology,and bone mineral density(BMD) 4,8,16,and 24 weeks after operation.Results The repairing capability and rate of osteogenesis in experiment group(FS bBMP) were significanfly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The bone defects in the experimental group utterly healed 24 weeks after operation,whereas those in the control group didn't healup until 24 weeks after operation.Conclusions The injectable osteoinductive material with fibrin sealant as a carrier compounded with bBMP is satisfactorily effective in repairing rabbit's radius defects.
