| 摘 要： | 人巨细胞病毒是人类最常见的先天性感染病毒。妊娠妇女人巨细胞病毒感染可表现为多种形式的感染 ,其中原发性感染引起胎儿受累的几率最大 ,导致胎儿受累的程度最深。该文就妊娠期人巨细胞病毒原发性感染的母婴传播、产前诊断、治疗及预防做一综述

| Abstract: | Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) is the most frequent congenitally infected virus. There are many HCMV infection forms for pregnant women, of which, probability of affected fetus caused by primary HCMV infection of pregnant women is the highest,and affection degree of the fetus is also the most servere. The rate of HCMV infection is approximately 40% among pregnant women and the infection can result in all kinds of long-term sequelae. In this article, we reviewed vertical transmission, antenatal diagnosis, treatment and prevention of primary cytomegalovirus infection during pregnancy. |
