胸部急性创伤CT诊断300例分析

目的探讨胸部急性创伤CT诊断的价值。方法对近几年来收治经CT检查明确诊断的300例胸部急性创伤病例进行了总结分析。结果本组病例经CT检查后,均为临床提供了确切诊断的依据,有效防止误诊误治,对挽救生命有着重要的意义。结论通过本组病例的探讨分析,我们认为CT扫描胸部急性创伤中比X线平片在诊断上有明显的优越性,因此我们认为胸部创伤病人的诊断应以CT做检查为主要手段,尤其是多部位创伤及危重病人应首选CT检查,可获确切的诊断依据,防止误诊误治。

CT Diagnosis of Acute Thoracic Trauma (a report of 300 cases)

Objective To explore the value of CT examination in the diagnosis of acute thoracic trauma. Methods 300 cases of acute thoracic trauma confirmed by CT examination in recent years were analyzed; the clinical data were reviewed. Results CT examination could provide exact basis for the clinical diagnosis, prevented effectively misdiagnosis and mistreatment, and it had very significance to rescue the life of patients. Conclusion As to detect acute thoracic trauma, CT scanning is superior to plain abdominal radiography. So CT examination is the main means for thoracic trauma patients, especially the patients with multiple trauma and crisis, it can gain exact diagnostic basis for them and prevent misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
