| 摘 要： | 目的:观察加味六君子汤含药血清对胃癌BGC-823细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:以加味六君子汤不同浓度含药血清培养BGC-823细胞后,以MTT法检测对细胞增殖的影响,流式细胞仪检测细胞周期和细胞凋亡变化。结果:浓度为10%、15%、20%、30%、40%的含药血清作用于BGC-823细胞24、48、72小时后,细胞存活率显著降低,且与时间和剂量呈依赖关系。浓度为10%、15%、20%的含药血清作用于BGC-823细胞24小时后,G2期细胞增多,S期细胞减少。加药组BGC-823细胞凋亡率分别为(13.27±0.88)%、(19.97±0.60)%和(33.09±0.58)%,与空白对照组相同浓度空白血清细胞凋亡率(0.34±0.02)%、(0.19±0.04)%和(0.18±0.03)%比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:加味六君子汤含药血清对BGC-823细胞生长有明显抑制作用,并可诱导BGC-823细胞凋亡。
