| 摘 要： | 用间接免疫酶标法(ELISA)检测血清中 CMV-IgG 抗体。361名孕妇所生胎儿的脐血标本中,99.45%妇女有过 CMV 感染。50例婴儿肝炎综合征患儿血清标本中,有14例患儿恢复期血清较急性期有4倍升高,50例患儿的母血中全可查到 CMV 抗体,说明 CMV 在孕龄妇女中的感染极为普遍,也是婴儿肝炎综合征的主要病原之一,必须采取适当的防护措施使之免于 CMV 感染。

| Abstract: | By ELISA detection of their infants umbilical blood,99.45% of 361 women were found to have suffered from CMV infection.In the same way 50 cases of infant hepatitis syndrome were diagnosed,the CMV positive rate of their mothers was found to be 100%,and the serum of 14 infants was 4 times more in the recovery period than in the acute period.All this sug- gested that pregnant women infected with CMV be very common and CMV be the greatest cause of infant hepatitis syndrome. |
