功血颗粒治疗功能性子宫出血抗炎止血作用的实验研究

目的：研究功血颗粒对小鼠的抗炎和止血作用。方法：通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和醋酸致毛细血管通透性增加,观察功血颗粒的抗炎作用;采用小鼠断尾法及玻片和毛细血管法观察功血颗粒对小鼠凝血、出血时间的影响;采用早孕大鼠灌服米非司酮和米索前列醇造成不完全流产模型,观察功血颗粒对该模型子宫出血量的影响。结果：功血颗粒能明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和醋酸所致毛细血管通透性增加,缩短小鼠出血和凝血时间,减少子宫出血模型大鼠子宫出血量。结论：功血颗粒具有显著的抗炎和止血作用。

Experimental Study on anti-inflammatory and Stanching Effect of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding by GONG XUE KE LI

Objective：to study the effect of GONG XUE KE LI on anti-inflammatory and hemostasia Methods：The anti-inflammatory actions of GONG XUE KE LI were observed on the models of xylene-induced ears swelling and acetic acid-induced capillary permeability increase. The effects of GONG XUE KE LI on clotting and bleeding time of mice were observed with slide method and severed tail. Mifepristone and misoprostol were given to early-pregnancy rats orally. The change of uterine bleeding quantity was observed in uncompletive abortion model rats. Results：GONG XUE KE LI could obviously inhibited the auricular edema,exudation of abdominal blood capillaries,shorten the bleeding time and clotting time and markedly reduced uterine bleeding quantity in uterine bleeding model rats. Conclusion：GONG XUE KE LI has anti-inflammatory and stanching effects.
