摘    要:目的:研究浅裂鳞毛蕨(Dryopteris sublaeta Ching et Hsu)的化学成分。方法:利用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,Sephadex LH-20,硅胶柱等色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从浅裂鳞毛蕨中分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:2(S)-5,7,3’-三羟基-6,8-二甲基-4’-甲氧基二氢黄酮,即3’-羟基荚果蕨素(1),荚果蕨素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),菠甾醇(3),菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),谷甾醇(5),胡萝卜苷(6)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,化合物2,3,4为首次从鳞毛蕨属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Dryopteris sublaeta Ching et Hsu. METHOD: Water extraction, silica gel, Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used. The structures of isolated compounds were elucidated by various physiochemical and spectral data. RESULT: Six compounds were obtained and identified as 2(S)-5,7,3′- trihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-4′-methoxy-flavanone (3′-hydroxy-matteucinol)(1), matteucinol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), spinasterol (3), spinasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), sitosterol (5) and daucosterol (6). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is new; compounds 2, 3 and 4 were isolated from Dryopteris for the first time.
