小梁移植术病人的护理

小梁移植是移植有功能的小梁取代病损小梁， 以达到降眼压的目的。１９９０ ～１９９８ 年， 在动物实验的基础上对１０ 例绝对期青光眼患者进行小梁移植术， 取得一定的效果。小梁移植作为眼科学上继角膜移植术后的又一组织移植研究， 有着光明的前景。加强术前的心理护理， 以及术后的观察及护理， 对增加手术成功率、减少不良反应及并发症的发生有重要意义。术后除按青光眼术后常规护理外， 重点观察排斥反应， 有无交感性眼炎以及药物的不良反应等。

Nursing Care of Patients with Trabecular Meshwork Transplantation

Trabecular meshwork (TM) transplantation is a replacement of the diseased TM by the functioning TM to lower intraocular pressure. On the basis of the animal experiment, 10 patients with absolute glaucoma underwent the TM transplantation and obtained good results during 1990 to 1998. The nursing care before and after TM is very important. Especially, intensive psychological nursing care before TM might play a role in increasing TM successful rate and decreasing the side effects or complications. In addition to the routine nursing care of glaucoma after TM, the emphasis was paid on the observation of transplant rejection, sympathetic endophthalmitis and side effects of drugs.
