| 摘 要： | 本文对20例晚期血吸虫脾肿大伴脾功能亢进(简称脾亢)患者采用部分脾栓塞术进行治疗,经一年来多次随访复查,疗效巩固,证实此方法对治疗晚血脾肿大伴脾亢有明显疗效。本文还着重介绍了部分脾栓塞术的操作方法及栓塞术后脾动脉造影的即时变化,以及术后7～10个月脾动脉造影复查时残余脾脏趋向球形、肝静脉和门静脉内径明显缩小等变化。

| Abstract: | In this paper, 20 cases of schistosomiasis of late stage with splenomegaly and hypersplenoism were operated by partial splenic embolization (PSE). These patients were followed up three times within one year, the results is well. It has confirmed that the method is effective for treating the disease. The authors also describe the PSE technique, as well as the findings of splenic arteria image of PSE that were followed imediately and after 7-10 months. |
