| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性睾丸扭转手术时机及处理方法,总结经验,提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平。方法回顾分析2002年1月至2009年4月收治的58例睾丸扭转患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均行阴囊彩超检查,诊断符合率达98.3%。4例未行手术探查,给予手法复位,留院观察2 d后出院。54例行手术探查,19例保留患侧睾丸,35例行患侧睾丸切除术。结论当突然出现的单侧阴囊肿大时,应首先考虑睾丸扭转,首选彩超检查;治疗上应早期确诊,3 h以内及时手法复位,复位一旦失败,应立即行手术探查,以挽救睾丸,提高生育能力。
