| 摘 要： | 目的应用解剖钢板及股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)治疗不稳定型股骨转子间骨折,并从预后、术后并发症及关节功能等方面加以评价。方法对2006年8月至2009年8月收治的69例不稳定转子间骨折实施手术治疗,33例采用股骨近端解剖钢板固定,36例采用PFN固定,对骨折类型、术前原发病、手术资料、术后并发症及髋关节功能等进行临床随访分析。结果所有病例均随访12~18个月至骨折愈合,平均16个月,无死亡个案;两组在手术资料、术后近期并发症、临床疗效等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论解剖钢板和PFN均能有效治疗不稳定型股骨转子间骨折。
