摘    要:目的研究近年来肠球菌感染的临床分布特征及其耐药性特点,为临床合理治疗肠球菌感染提供依据。方法对2005年1月至2010年1月临床送检标本中分离出的肠球菌相关资料及其药敏情况进行回顾总结和统计分析。结果共检出287例肠球菌,其中屎肠球菌186例,粪肠球菌101例。主要分离自尿液、痰液和伤口分泌物。未检出耐万古霉素和替卡西林的肠球菌株。屎肠球菌对四环素、奎宁普汀/达福普汀、氯霉素有较高敏感性,对氨苄西林、高浓度庆大霉素、红霉素、利福平、左氧氟沙星、链霉素的耐药率大于80%;粪肠球菌对青霉素、氨苄西林、呋喃妥因有较高敏感性。结论临床肠球菌属感染以屎肠球菌为主,屎肠球菌耐药性高于粪肠球菌,应引起临床医生的高度重视。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the site distribution and antibiotic resistant condition infected by Enterococcus in hospital and provide clinicians information on the treatment of Enterococcus infections.Methods The data of two hundreds and eighty seven Enterococcus strains isolated from clinical specimens in hospital from 2005 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 287 Enterococcus strains there were 186 strains of E.faecalis and 101 strains of E.faecium,which mostly distributed over the specimens of urine,sputum and wound secretion.E.faecalis had high sensitivity to Quinupristin/Dalfopristin,Chloramphenicol and Tetracycline.The resistant rate for E.faecalis to Penicillin,Ampicillin,Erythromycin,Rifampin,Levofloxacin,Gentamicin and Streptomycin were above 80%.E.faecium had high sensitivity to Penicillin,Ampicillin and Nitrofurantoin.The resistant rate for E.faecalis and E.faecium to Vancomycin and Teicoplanin were 0%.Conclusion The resistant rate of E.faecalis strains to most common drugs test is higher than that of E.faecium,which should be paid serious attention to by clinical doctor.
