| 摘 要： | 目的:研究楤木总皂苷的体内抗肿瘤活性及对荷瘤小鼠免疫细胞功能的影响.方法:以小鼠肉瘤细胞S180为移植性肿瘤模型,观察对小鼠肿瘤生长的影响;采用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬试验、淋巴细胞转化试验和迟发型超敏反应观察对荷瘤小鼠免疫细胞功能的影响.结果:楤木总皂苷400 mg/kg对S180的肿瘤生长有一定的抑制作用,抑瘤率达33...
