| 摘 要： | 目的探讨关节镜下空心螺钉治疗胫骨髁间嵴撕脱性骨折患者的围手术期护理和康复要点。方法对2005年1月至2009年12月本科收治的52例胫骨髁间嵴撕脱性骨折患者,针对关节镜下胫骨髁间嵴撕脱性骨折的治疗特点和要求,制订并实施针对性的护理和康复锻炼,以预防术后并发症、提高手术疗效。结果 52例患者均获随访,时间6~60个月,平均32.5个月。所有患者无主观膝关节不稳感,屈伸活动正常,Lysholm评分由术前的(68.4±1.5)分增至(92.5±2.5)分,所有患者术后的康复护理问题得到了解决。结论关节镜下空心螺钉治疗胫骨髁间嵴撕脱性骨折创伤小、出血少、疗效好。正确的围手术期护理对于提高手术效果及减少术后并发症至关重要。
