| 摘 要： | 目的研究中国西南地区人群食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)基因启动子区C-1562T多态性的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段多态性(PCR-RFLPs)方法检测202例ESCC患者(ESCC组)及260名健康者(对照组)MMP-9 C-1562T多态性的分布情况。结果对照组MMP-9-1562 CC、CT和TT的基因型频率分别为78.1%、21.5%、0.4%;ESCC组MMP-9-1562 CC、CT和TT的基因型频率分别为71.8%、25.7%、2.5%。对照组与ESCC组的MMP-9 C-1562T等位基因型及基因型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MMP-9 C-1562T基因多态性可能与中国西南地区人群ESCC的易感性无关。
