| 摘 要： | 目的通过对食管癌患者血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)水平的检测,探讨OPN在食管癌辅助诊断、转移和预后监测中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测食管癌患者和健康志愿者血清OPN。结果食管癌患者血清OPN水平明显高于健康志愿者(P<0.05),食管癌患者有远端转移者血清OPN水平显著高于无转移者(P<0.05),食管癌患者术后血清OPN水平显著下降(P<0.05)。结论血清OPN水平是一个较好的评价食管癌发生、发展的指标,血清OPN检测有助于临床对食管癌治疗效果的评判。
