An investigation and analysis on related factors of the worry of mentality in early phase pregnant women

Objective To find out the worry of mentality in early phase pregnant women and investigate its affect factors.Methods 200 early phase pregnant women admitted to our maternal and infant center during march 1,2009～march 15,2009 were surveyed on psychology with questionnaire,and their data was analyzed.Results The incidence of the worry of mentality in early phase pregnant women was 73%.The related factors were:age,occupation,education,frequency of pregnancy,frequency of birth,complication,medication,abnormal child-bearing history,working environment,habitation,unhealthy living habits and their husbands′ status.According to the logistic regression analysis of the multiple factors,occupation(white collar)(Sig=0.020),husband′s status(smoking,drinking,computer using and medication)and medication(cold medicine,contraceptive drugs and antibiotics)(Sig=0.118) were main factors of the worry of mentality in early phase pregnant women.Conclusion Doctors should give early phase pregnant women psychological directions aiming at the worry of mentality,and this can benefit the body and mind health of pregnant women and their fetuses.
