| Abstract: | Objective To acquire the physical health situation of children under five in Chongqing and the change trend of it,and to give suggestions for promotion.Methods The children′s health indicators in Chongqing from 2005 to 2009 were analyzed,compare with other cities′ indicators.Results Compared with the surrounding cities,physical health of children under five in Chongqing is good.However,there were some problems such as rising of birth defects rate,lacking of emphasis on premarital check-up and maternal care,lacking of normalization of diagnosis and treatment of common aliments.Conclusion The rate of premarital checks and prenatal and postnatal care should be increased for promoting children′s health.Establishment of child care center in the country and research of child′s serious disease are significant. |
