| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电视胸腔镜手术治疗恶性胸腔积液(MPE)的疗效。方法回顾性分析33例MPE患者行电视胸腔镜手术治疗(A组)的效果,并与30例行胸腔闭式引流后胸腔注入滑石粉液(B组)和31例仅放置胸腔闭式引流(C组)进行比较。结果 A组治疗总有效率为94.0%,完全缓解率为78.8%;B组总有效率为70.0%,完全缓解率为50.0%;C组总有效率为38.7%,完全缓解率为22.6%,3组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电视胸腔镜手术治疗MPE疗效明显优于另外两种治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect of video assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) on treatment of malignant pleural effusion.MethodsRetrospective comparison and analysis of the curative effect were performed among three groups:33 patients with VATS(A group),30 patients underwere closed thoracic drainage combined with thoracic injected with talc powder(B group) and 31 patients only performed closed thoracic drainage(C group).ResultsThe general efficacy of treatment was 94.0% and completely efficacy of treatment was 78.8% in A group.Accordingly,the data were 70.0%,50.0% in B group and 38.7%,22.6% in C group.Statistical analysis among three groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe curative effect of VATS on treatment of malignant pleural effusion is significantly superior to the other two therapies. |
