慢性乙型肝炎患者色氨酸和犬尿氨酸的检测及意义

目的探讨血浆中色氨酸(Trp)和犬尿氨酸(Kyn)的定量检测在乙型肝炎(乙肝)中的临床意义。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定60例慢性乙肝患者(乙肝患者组)和41例正常人(正常对照组)血浆中色氨酸和犬尿氨酸含量,并对两组数据进行比较。结果正常对照组Trp含量为(76.99±10.88)μmol/L,Kyn含量为(2.16±0.32)μmol/L,Kyn/Trp为0.028±0.003;乙肝患者组Trp含量为(68.04±8.52)μmol/L,Kyn含量为(2.18±0.26)μmol/L,Kyn/Trp为0.032±0.004。乙肝患者组血浆Trp含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),Kyn/Trp明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),两组Kyn含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性乙肝患者色氨酸代谢发生异常,检测患者血浆中Trp和Kyn有重要的临床意义。

Analysis of tryptophan and kynurenine in chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective To understand the clinical significance of quantitation of tryptophan(Trp)and kynurenine(Kyn)in chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients.Methods Trp and Kyn in plasma were quantitatively detected by liquid chromatography with programmed wavelength ultraviolet.There were 60 cases chronic hepatitis B patients and 41 cases normal control.Results The concentrations of Trp and Kyn in normal control and chronic hepatitis B patients plasma were(76.99±10.88)μmol/L,(2.16±0.32)μmol/L and(68.04±8.52)μmol/L,(2.18±0.26)μmol/L,respectively.The Kyn per Trp ratio were 0.028±0.003 and 0.032±0.004,respectively.Both of the concentration of Trp and Kyn/Trp ratio showed markedly difference between CHB and control group(P<0.01).The concentration of Kyn showed no significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The metabolism of Trp is abnormality in the chronic hepatitis B patients.It is significant that detection of concentrations of Trp and Kyn in chronic hepatitis B patients plasma.
