| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腘动脉损伤的合理诊治流程。方法回顾分析2004年1月至2009年6月收治的17例腘动脉损伤患者诊治情况,归纳预后的影响因素,制定诊疗流程。结果 17例患者中出现肌肉坏死6例,其中4例保肢成功,2例截肢。术后并发症:感染4例,急性肾衰竭1例。结论影响腘动脉损伤预后的因素包括检查方案、监测方案、手术方案、术后监测方案等。可据此制定腘动脉损伤的合理诊治流程。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reasonable diagnosis and treatment process of popliteal artery injury.Methods Clinical data of 17 popliteal artery injury patients was analyzed from January 2004 to June 2009 retrospectively.Results After operations,11 cases escaped muscular death,6 cases occurred muscular death,in which 4 limbs had been salvaged and 2 limbs had been amputated.Postoperative complications:4 cases were infection,1 case was acute renal failure.Conclusion The effective factors include examination sc... |
