| 摘 要： | 目的研究重组人血管内皮抑素注射液联合吉西他滨和顺铂(GP)方案对肺癌患者血性胸腔积液的临床疗效及主要不良反应。方法收集2007年8月至2009年3月共63例伴有血性胸腔积液的非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组采用重组人血管内皮抑素注射液联合GP方案化疗,对照组单用GP方案,评价药物的疗效及主要不良反应。结果治疗组及对照组客观有效率(CR+PR)%分别为41.9%、18.7%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.816、P=0.005)。不良反应方面,心脏毒性差异有统计学意义(P=0.022),骨髓抑制及消化道反应均差异均无统计学意义(分别P=0.262、P=0.072)。结论重组人血管内皮抑素注射液联合GP方案能明显提高肺癌患者血性胸腔积液的有效率,且不良反应临床可以耐受。
