| 摘 要： | 目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)实验室检测的临床意义。方法采用间接免疫荧光技术(IIF)检测抗核抗体(ANA)、双链脱氧核糖核酸(dsDNA)、ANCA。并回顾性分析70例SLE患者血清ANCA阳性率及荧光免疫模型。结果 ANCA阳性19例,全部是核周型(pANCA)。ANCA阳性组在dsDNA阳性,补体C3、C4降低,血沉增高,肾脏损害等方面与ANCA阴性组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SLE患者ANCA阳性,与疾病的活动性及肾脏损伤有关。
