宫颈上皮内瘤变进展过程中p16^INK4A和C称赞claudin-1的表达意义

目的：探讨p16^INK4A和Claudin-1在宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）进展过程中的作用。方法：应用免疫组化二步法，检测正常宫颈、CIN和宫颈癌组织中p16^INK4A和Claudin-1蛋白的表达。结果：p16^INK4A和Claudin-1蛋白阳性表达率及表达水平在各组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），其表达水平及阳性率随疾病南低度鳞状上皮内病变（LSIL）向高度鳞状上皮内病变（HSIL）和浸润性鳞状细胞癌（ISCC）进展同步增强。P16^INK4A与Claudin-1蛋白表达间无相关性（P〉0.05）。结论：p16^INK4A及Claudin-1与宫颈鳞状上皮的恶性转化相关；联合检测宫颈病变中p16^INK4A和Claudin-1的表达,有助于早期诊断CIN和宫颈癌。

Expression and significance of p16^INK4A and Claudin-1 in the development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Objective To investigate the role of p16^INK4A and Claudin-1 in the development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）. Methods Expression of p16^INK4A and Claudin-1 in normal cervix, CIN and cervical carcinoma was assayed by immunohistochemical technique. Results Expression of p16^INK4A and Claudin-1 was positively correlated with cervical lesions, and increased gradually from low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, to cervical squamous cell carcinoma. No correlation was found between expressions of p16^INK4A and Claudin-1 （P〉0.05）. Conclusions p16^INK4A and Claudin-1 had an association with malignant transformation of cervical squamous epithelium, and assaying the expression of p16^INK4A and Claudin-1 combinedly may help the early diagnosis of CIN and cervical carcinoma.
