预见性护理干预对小儿输入钙剂引起皮肤症状相关因素的影响

目的通过预见性行为护理干预，分析小儿静脉应用钙剂引起皮肤症状相关因素并采取整改措施，提高小儿静脉应用钙剂的安全性。方法采取回顾性与前瞻性相结合的调查方法，比较2005—2008年间评价小儿静脉应用钙剂的情况。结果通过预见性护理干预及临床观察指标比较采用预见性护理模式较传统护理方法疗效显著，皮肤安全性高。结论预防性护理干预为提高小儿静脉应用钙剂的皮肤完好性方面有很高的临床意义，同时也是临床以经验为基础的传统护理向现代护理转变的依据。
