| 摘 要： | 目的研究人宫颈癌组织中ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因的表达。方法应用Ｄｉｇ标记ｃＤＮＡ探针，ＤＮＡ－ｍＲＮＡ原位杂交技术检测３７例人宫颈鳞状细胞癌内癌基因ｃ－ｍｙｃｍＲＮＡ。结果３７例中１６例有ｃ－ｍｙｃｍＲＮＡ表达，检出率为４３．２４％，ｃ－ｍｙｃｍＲＮＡ主要分布在癌细胞胞浆内。结论ｃ－ｍｙｃ癌基因表达在宫颈癌发生中可能起作用，宫颈癌的发生可能还有更多的癌基因参与。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of c myc oncogene in human cervical carcinoma.Method Expression of oncogene c myc mRNA in paraffin embedded tissues from 37 cases of squamous carcinoma of cervix was studied by DNA mRNA in situ hybridization with digoxigenin labelled probe.Result The detection rates of c myc mRNA was 43.24%(16/37),and the c myc mRNA was observed in the cytoplasm of carcinoma cells.Conclusion C myc oncogene may play a role in the carcinogenesis of the uterine cervix and the initiation and progression of cervical cancer may be related to even more oncogenes. |
