芬太尼与瑞芬太尼对全麻苏醒期的影响

目的:比较芬太尼与瑞芬太尼对全麻苏醒期的影响。方法:全麻病人254例ASA～级,随机分为2组:芬太尼组(F组)和瑞芬太尼组(R组)。F组和R组诱导期均使用咪达唑仑(0.015～0.075mg/kg)、芬太尼(1～5μg/kg)、维库溴铵(0.08～0.1mg/kg)、异丙酚2～2.5mg/kg。维持期F组用咪达唑仑、芬太尼、维库溴铵、氨氟醚或异氟醚。R组维持期不同的是用瑞芬太尼代替F组的芬太尼。观察两组病人从手术结束到清醒的时间。结果:F组与R组的苏醒时间无显著差异(P>0.05);两组术中生命体征平稳情况比较有显著性差异。结论:全麻维持期间用芬太尼或瑞芬太尼对全麻苏醒期的影响不大;瑞芬太尼组术中生命体征较平稳。

The effects of fentanyl and remifentanil on resuscitation from general anesthesia

Objective:To compare the influence of fentanyl and remifentanil on general anesthesia revive period. Methods:One hundred and twenty-seven ASA Ⅰ or Ⅲ patients(138 males, 116 females) aged 2/12～98 yrs weighing 6～102 kg under general anesthesia were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=127 each):group Ⅰfentanyl (F) and group Ⅱ remifentanil(R).Group F and Group R are all use midazolam 0.015～0.075 mg·kg -1, fentanyl 1～5μg·kg -1,vecuronium 0.08-0.1 mg·kg -1,propofol 2～2.5 mg·kg -1 in induction period.Group F use midazolam, fentanyl, vecuronium,enflurane or isoflurane in maintenance period.In maintenance period of group R the difference is remifentanil replace fentanyl of group F.Observe the time from operation finish to patient revive. Results:There was no significant difference in revive time between the group F and group R. There was significant difference in vital sign between the group F and group R. Conclusion:There was slight influence of fentanyl or remifentanil on general anesthesia revive period in maintenance period. Group R vital sign is stabler then group F.
