脑梗死偏瘫的早期康复护理探讨

目的探讨如何提高脑梗死所致偏瘫的早期康复。方法本文选择50名脑梗死偏瘫患者,随机分为康复组与对照组。康复组按常规治疗和康复训练指导,同时加用超声扫描脑血管治疗仪;对照组进行常规护理及随意自我锻炼。结果两组治疗2个月后进行肌力比较,康复组肌力明显高于对照组。结论脑梗死所致偏瘫患者通过早期康复训练指导,加用超声脑血管治疗仪,能有效提高偏瘫患者肢体运动功能,促进康复预后。

Investigate on Early Rehabilitation Nursing of Cerebral Hemiplegic

Objective To discus how to achieve the early rehabilitation of hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction. Methods This paper choosed 50 hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction,and randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group. Rehabilitation group executed conventional treatment and rehabilitation training guide,meanwhile used the cerebral vascular apparatus with ultrasound scanning. The control group carry out conventional nursing and self-exercise. Results Two months after treatment,muscle force is compared between the two group. The results indicate the muscle force of rehabilitation group is signif icantly higher. Conclusion Hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction can use early rehabilitation training guide and the cerebral vascular apparatus with ultrasound scanning to improve extremity motor function of hemiplegic patients,and promote prognostic rehabilitation.
