| 摘 要： | 目的总结肺癌根治术、食管癌切除术和纵隔肿瘤切除术中大血管意外损伤的处理经验。方法对5例肺动脉、5例胸主动脉、4例奇静脉、1例颈内静脉、2例上腔静脉、1例无名静脉破裂处理进行回顾性分析。结果17例康复出院，死亡1例，抢救成功率94．44％。结论迅速控制出血，良好暴露及正确缝合止血技术等是胸外科手术中大血管破裂修补成功的关键。
