| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨初发中青年寻常型银屑病患的心理特征及其影响因素，以便对患进行更好的健康教育和心理指导。方法：对初发中青年寻常型银屑病患122人进行心理状况调查，采用国际统一的SCL-90心理问卷，按统一要求由专业人员调查，并与对照组比较，统计分析采用t检验，并分析影响其心理特征的有关因素。结果：初发银屑病患在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、其它及总分方面均高于对照组(P＜0．05)。心理患病率，在年龄分组中，以小于30岁组患病率最高；在化程度分组中，以高中以下患病率较高；在婚育分组中，以已婚未育患病率最高。结论：初发中青年银屑病患存在心理异常。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study psychological state and its related factors in newly psoriasis vulgaris patients in order to previde better health education. Methods:Symptom check list(SCL-90) was investigated in newly 122 psoriasis vulgaris by dermatologist. Data were analyzed by t-test. Results:In SCL-90,the scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity, depression,anxiety, panic and total scors in the psoriasis vulgaris were significantly different with those of the controls (P<0.05). Heavy psychological problems were showed in those groups less than 30 years, lower education, married but not pregnant and so on. Conclusion:The psychological state of newly psoriasis vulgaris in middle-aged and younger cases were poor. |
